		<description>In Cebu, it&#039;s the piso-piso business who is killing the i-cafe industry. They operate w/o original licenses, w/o permits, no taxes, using a residential internet connection plan w/c much lower than the business plan. This operation is very rampant, it&#039;s really killing the legit i-cafe businesses.
Now, i hope authorities will include this in their targets.</description>
